Syria Ceasefire Over. Aid Convoys Bombed… Details are still coming in at press time, but it appears that aid convoys were targeted. The aid convoy was part of a routine dispatch from government-held Aleppo to rural rebel-held parts of the province. There was no immediate comment from the government. A U.N. official said the report is still being verified. The official had earlier told The Associated Press there will be no U.N. staff with a planned convoy to the area. It was not clear if they were the same convoys. Civil Defense volunteer Ibrahim Alhaj said rescue efforts at the scene of the attack continue. The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed the attack.
