Considering the scale, I would argue that the famine in the Horn of Africa continues to be under reported. Also contributing is that it is a pretty complex issue with actors like Al Shabaab and the Kenyan military making things harder. Additionally, there are the factors that lead to the famine, the underfunded relief effort, the lack of reporting since the famine declaration, and so on.
I am slightly biased, but the horrible flooding in Cambodia was essentially ignored, while Thailand was covered extensively.
