By: Mark Leon Goldberg on January 04, 2011 Late last year, AOL.com redesigned their homepage. Of particular interest to our readers is that the new website features a dedicated space for “cause marketing,” which AOL describes as “A high-profile, daily cause-oriented platform to raise awareness and connect users to volunteer opportunities and chances to donate time and money to important causes.” That’s significant because AOL.com has around 15 million daily visitors and some prime real estate on their front page is now dedicated to do-goodery. Our friends at Nothing But Nets are currently being honored. Check out the upper right hand side of AOL.com. Cool!
