By: Mark Leon Goldberg on April 11, 2007 This is incredible. Google Earth teamed up the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to create an interactive map of the genocide in Darfur. It features a host of features, including icons where villages were maimed or destroyed and photos of life in the refugee camps and relief efforts. This breathtaking photograph of a World Food Program air drop over Geniena, the capital of the west Darfur province, can be seen when you download google earth and search for “Darfur.”
